I’m ben parsons, and i’m coming out of about 3-19 years of depression, depending on how you count it. This seems like a good place to share my thoughts. my background is that i’m a white male, married father of two. i grew up in a small logging town called Shelton. Now i live in Seattle. grammar is overrated, bikes are underrated. 
I’ll take the chili sauce, electronic music, art, british humor, well made espresso and a decent Cab Sauv, thank you.
